Evelyn Tubb (born 1954) is an English soprano and early music specialist. She is a long-time member of The Consort of Musicke.[1]
Early life and education
[edit]Tubb was born on the Isle of Wight. She studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama from 1972 to 1976.[1]
Career
[edit]Tubb is a member of The Consort of Musicke. During her membership, Tubb has made many recordings and albums with lutenist/guitarist Michael Fields.[1]
She also taught at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis in Basel, Switzerland from 1997 until 2018 and continues to present masterclasses throughout the world.[2][1]
